(1)   All Towbar prices listed on this site are Supply Only inc VAT. For a quotation for fitting please telephone your nearest branch, we have fully qualified fitting teams in Rotherham, Doncaster and Hull . Trailer accessories, towbar accessories, electrical items, security products, trailer stabilisers and cycle carriers are also priced at Supply Only prices.

(2)   Trailers are sold on the understanding that the buyer will collect the trailer from their nearest branch. Please ensure that you have a suitable towbar and electrics installed on your vehicle and that these will comply with all legal requirements. If you are unsure please telephone your local branch for free information and advice.

(3)   Items other than trailers purchased online will be delivered within the UK mainland by carrier. If there is a problem you will be contacted promptly and if your goods have not been delivered within 7 working days please contact RTC Group and we will contact the carrier company on your behalf. Please make provisions for delivery, all goods will need to be signed for at the time of delivery.

(4)   Where additional electrical systems such as bypass relays are required this will be indicated within the details of the individual towbar. Some vehicles will not recognise a trailer or caravan if these requirements are not satisfied.

(5)   Wiring diagrams and fitting instructions are provided for your information, where available. If you intend to install your own towbar please make sure that you have all the required tools and knowledge before commencing the installation. If you are not confident that you will be able to complete the installation safely please call one of our branches for an installation quotation.

(6)   Prices shown on this site are displayed as follows:- The price in grey underlined is the recommended retail price. The price shown in red is our discounted price. Displayed prices include VAT at 15%

(7)   RTC group offer a fully guaranteed installation service. We do not however accept any liability losses or injury caused by any product purchased through this site, which is not installed by one of our fully trained installation technicians. All products are supplied with the standard manufacturers guarantee. If, in the unlikely event, of a manufacturing defect during this period please return the product and proof of purchase to one of our branches. Return cost is the liability of the purchaser, however if a replacement product is considered relevant, it will be dispatched to the original post address free of charge. Products where failure is due to installation errors caused by installation by any third party are not covered by any guarantee offered by RTC Group or any of the manufacturers. Similarly products are not guaranteed against failure if there is evidence of inappropriate use.
